How do I book?

Contact us at or via our Contact Us page with a date/dates you have in mind and we'll let you know what times are available on that date.

How do I pay?

Cash or card is fine - on the day or in advance, whatever you would prefer.

I've booked a stay at Chettle Lodge. Can I add an Escape Room onto my existing booking?

Yes! Absolutely! Just email us and we can get it all set up during your stay.

My dog ate my homework/my family member is poorly/my boyband broke up and we're no longer on speaking terms, can I cancel and get a refund?

If you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP and we'll issue you with a voucher that's valid for 1 year so you can rebook another time.

Where are you located?

As our name might suggest, we're in the charming village of Chettle. About 30 minutes from Salisbury and 10 minutes outside of Blandford Forum. Public transport is limited but we have plenty of parking.

I want to book for a hen party/birthday/surprise/special event, can you provide cake/prosecco/special requests?

Without a doubt, we're always happy to go above and beyond. Contact us to discuss our various available add-ons.

Is this suitable for children?

We'd say 8+ as some of the puzzles are tricky but then kids are getting cleverer and cleverer these days! You know your children best and if there's anything rude/scary about a particular game, it'll be clearly stated in the description.

Is there a leaderboard? I want to show off!

Oh yes, just keep scrolling...

When will you have new games to play?

It takes a lot of effort to set these up but we're always building the next great adventure. Keep an eye on our social media pages for the latest updates and special announcements throughout the year.

My question isn't here?! :(

Sorry about that, perhaps it hasn't been frequently asked enough. Do drop us an email and we'll be happy to help :)
